With a journey rooted in personal transformation, Marjorie Nass embarked on a path of healing that led her away from the pressures and confines of corporate life to discover yoga and its wellness branch, Ayurveda. She healed from her health challenges through holistic practices, combining yoga, nutrition, movement and breath techniques. But learning to manage the pressures of life was a crucial component to recover her physical and emotional health.
For two decades, Marjorie helped thousands of women successfully navigate perimenopause and menopause without focusing on their hormones.
